Mexican [Medium]
It's been a hundred years since the Mexican Revolution, but the spirit of General Emiliano Zapata lives on. These Mexican beans keep kicking ass after their light, Rocky Mountain roasting. This tasty coffee is grown in Chiapas, Mexico's southernmost state, where rare cloud forests and coffee cooperative farms are keeping the spirit of liberation alive.
Tasting Notes: Medium roasted; well-balanced with body and acidity You might also like: Peruvian & Bugaboo Note: It is important to store your coffee properly to keep it fresh.
