Good Coffee!

The Grizzly Claw whole beans arrived promptly and in sturdy packaging. I opened the bag and was immediately happy with its aroma! Sweet, warm, "chocolatey" and medium dark roast just as described. In using a brand new French press, I experimented with different grinds; fine, medium, and coarse. I used an electric coffee grinder.
When I got the balance of proper water to grounds ratio balanced and the proper brewing time, I was rewarded with a cozy, delicious cup of yummy!!
I would highly recommend Kicking Horse Coffee! This purchase was my initial, but I have a feeling I will be a return customer! Enjoy!

Seriously good coffee. You can tell the difference in the freshness and quality of the beans. The energy I get from the caffeine does not make me gittery. Just alert and focused. Will definitely be subscribing.

Grizzly Claw is the richest, deepest, most satisfying flavor. I get the whole beans and grind them just prior to brewing. I also recommend the 2.2 lb bags. They are generous in size, and add to my coffee experience by adding a sense of bounty and extravagence. Isn't that what coffee drinking is all about?
