THE KICKASS VERSION OF A PSL
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 shots Cliff Hanger Espresso
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Pumpkin Spice
- Whipped Cream (optional)
STEP 1
In a small pot, combine Cliff Hanger espresso, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Whisk over low heat until well combined.
STEP 2
Pour into your favourite mug. Top with whipped cream if you’re feeling wild, and dust that bad boy with pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy hot or cold.
